Your organization is your whole RakerOne workspace — your people, projects, Building Blocks, and data. This page covers the two things you do at the organization level: set your organization’s logo on the Organization settings page, and switch between organizations if you belong to more than one.
Organization settings is admin-only. If you’re not an admin and you open it, you’ll see a banner that reads “You don’t have access to this page. Ask an admin if you need it.” The whole Admin group works this way.
The logo is the image people see when they switch between organizations — it’s how your organization is recognized in the switcher. Right now the logo is the only thing you configure on the Organization settings page. To get there, click Settings under the Admin group in the sidebar. The page heading reads Organization settings, with the subtext “Set the logo people see when they switch between organizations.”

Open Organization settings

In the sidebar, under Admin, click Settings.

Choose an image

Click the dashed upload box labelled Choose logo. It reads “No file selected” until you pick a file, then shows the file name. Pick a square image — PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, or SVG, under 2 MB.

Check the preview

The Preview avatar updates right away to show your chosen image, so you can see how it will look before you commit.

Save the logo

Click Save logo. On success, Logo saved. appears in green next to the button.
Save logo stays disabled until you’ve selected a file. If the upload fails, you’ll see “We couldn’t upload the logo. Check the file and try again.” — pick a supported image type under 2 MB and retry.

Switch between organizations

If your account belongs to more than one organization, you switch between them from the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar. It shows the current organization’s name and logo.

Open the switcher

Click the organization name and logo at the top of the sidebar. A dropdown labelled Organizations opens, listing every organization you belong to.

Pick an organization

Click the one you want to switch to.
Switching organizations fully reloads the app. Expect a brief refresh — this is intentional, so nothing from the previous organization carries over. Finish or save what you’re doing before you switch.
If your account belongs to only one organization, there’s nothing to switch — the switcher simply shows your current organization.
